We understand that waiting in all day for delivery of a bed is simply not an option for many people. Or is simply not acceptable in today’s world. We understand you have jobs, families, lives! That’s why we offer a 1 hour time slot so you are not kept waiting in all day. Most companies do not offer this service as it is very time consuming and complex in terms of logisitics and requires a personal touch from the company to arrange times with each individual customer. We do it because this is the service customers should get, and we like happy customers and happy customers always come back to us for there bed and mattress needs. Where many companies don’t invest in this much customer care they soon pay for it when customers start complaining, start asking for money back. We ask: Why not spend more time at the beginning to make sure everything is right?
